Book a discovery call

Yes. Sessions are offered both in person and online, so you can work with Nav wherever you are. In person work takes place across the GTA, New Jersey and New York. If you are not sure which format suits you, raise it on your discovery call and decide together.

A discovery call is a conversation with Nav about what you are looking for and what questions you have. Together you talk through which service might be the right doorway, whether that is somatic bodywork, Peptide Therapy, Amphibian Medicine or Integration Coaching & Education. There is nothing you need to prepare beforehand.

No. You can arrive curious, or with years of personal development behind you. The work is paced to your nervous system, so you set the speed. Somatic practice means working through the body, and Nav can talk through what that looks like on your discovery call.

You work with Nav, an Integration Coach, Clinical Somatics and Emotional Release Practitioner, Medicine Worker and the founder of ibringmehome. Nav also offers nervous system education, so you can understand what is happening in your own system and carry that understanding with you between sessions.

Integration is the process of letting what you have felt, understood or experienced become part of everyday life. Insight alone does not always change how we respond. Integration work helps new awareness become embodied and available in the moments where you want more choice, so change is lived, not only understood.
