What does a session cost?
Prices are not listed on this site. The right container depends on what you are looking for, whether that is a single session, a mini intensive or a longer intensive, so the discovery call is the place to talk it through with Nav.
How do I choose between a session and an intensive?
Start with a discovery call. A private container suits deeper work shaped around your needs, a mini intensive suits a specific pattern, transition or area of inquiry, and a longer intensive suits a larger shift over time. You and Nav decide together.
How does the work begin?
With a discovery call. You and Nav talk through what you are looking for and which service might be the right doorway, then decide together how to proceed. Nothing needs to be chosen or prepared before that conversation.
Can we work together online?
Yes. Sessions are offered both in person and online, so you can work with Nav wherever you are. In person work takes place across the GTA, New Jersey and New York. Tell Nav on your discovery call which format you prefer.
