Emotional Release & Inner Child as taught by Pat Jackman

A body-based approach for exploring held tension and protective patterns through mindful touch, sensation, breath and embodied awareness, including inner child work.

Emotional release bodywork, as taught by Pat Jackman, is a body-based approach for exploring held tension, protective patterns and emotional material. It uses mindful touch, sensation, breath and embodied awareness, and includes inner child work.

The work supports a deeper relationship with the body and creates space for what has been held to be felt, processed and integrated. Nav, a Clinical Somatics and Emotional Release Practitioner, holds that space with care, and you set the pace throughout.

Sessions are offered in person and online. In person work takes place across the GTA, New Jersey and New York. Every path begins with a discovery call, a simple conversation with Nav about what you are looking for and whether this work is the right doorway for you.
