It begins with a grounded space to explore your intention. Afterward, there is room to process what arises and to connect the experience to meaningful changes in your everyday life. Integration is part of the container, not an afterthought.
Sessions are offered in person and online. In person work takes place across the GTA, New Jersey and New York. Because this is a significant step, it starts with a discovery call. You and Nav talk through what is drawing you to this medicine and what questions you have, and decide together whether and how to move forward.
